Ana Cansado
Team Leader da Linha de Investigação em “Migração, Género e Sexualidade”
[PT] Licenciada em Relações Internacionais pelo Instituto Superior de Ciências Sociais e Políticas (ISCSP), completou o Curso de Formação Especializada em Igualdade de Género, no Centro Interdisciplinar de Estudos de Género (CIEG), organizado pelo Instituto de Formação e Consultoria (ISCSP- iFOR), em fevereiro de 2017. Frequentou o Mestrado em Família e Género, no ISCSP, cuja coordenação está a cargo da Professora Catedrática Anália Torres.
Feminista, é associada da UMAR, onde já trabalhou na equipa técnica dos projetos “Assédio Sexual: quebrar invisibilidades. Construir uma cultura de prevenção e intervenção” e “Quebrar Barreiras – Envelhecer segundo uma Perspetiva de Igualdade de género”.
Como formadora participou em diversas ações no âmbito da atividade formativa da UMAR em parceria com a CIMT, em ações de formação no âmbito da RedEmprega Lx, do Plano Municipal para a Igualdade do Município de Sintra e do Curso de Preparação para Admissão ao CEJ, promovido pelo Instituto de Direito Privado da Faculdade de Direito da Universidade de Lisboa.
Foi coordenadora pedagógica no núcleo de Lisboa da EAPN – Rede Europeia Anti-Pobreza, tendo, em no final de 2020, concluído a implementação do projeto REGAL, que é uma investigação-ação sobre a articulação entre a vida profissional e a vida pessoal de mulheres em situação de vulnerabilidade.
Colabora com diversas associações de mulheres e de imigrantes na defesa e promoção dos direitos humanos das mulheres.
Team Leader of the Line of Research on “Migration, Gender and Sexuality”
[EN] She holds a degree in International Relations from the Higher Institute of Social and Political Sciences (ISCSP), she completed the Specialized Training Course on Gender Equality at the Interdisciplinary Centre for Gender Studies (CIEG), organized by the Institute for Training and Consultancy (ISCSP- iFOR), in February 2017. She attended the Master’s in Family and Gender, at ISCSP, which is coordinated by Full Professor Anália Torres.
Feminist, she is a UMAR member, where she has worked in the technical team of the projects “Sexual Harassment: breaking invisibilities. Building a culture of prevention and intervention” and “Breaking Barriers – Ageing from a Gender Equality Perspective”.
As a trainer she has participated in several actions in the scope of the training activity of UMAR in partnership with CIMT, in training actions in the scope of RedEmprega Lx, the Municipal Plan for Equality of the Municipality of Sintra and the Preparation Course for Admission to the CEJ, promoted by the Institute of Private Law of the Faculty of Law, University of Lisbon.
She was a pedagogical coordinator in the Lisbon branch of EAPN – European Anti-Poverty Network, having, at the end of 2020, concluded the implementation of the REGAL project, which is action research on the articulation between the professional and personal lives of women in vulnerable situations.
She collaborates with various women’s and immigrants’ associations in the defence and promotion of women’s human rights.
